The award-winning MFT Mom Dance Party, founded in 2022, is the first event of its kind in the country—created specifically for moms who crave connection, freedom, and a chance to feel alive in their bodies. It’s not about looking cool; it’s about letting loose and feeling amazing.
Our headliner, DJ Destiny Shynelle, will be spinning all the hits you’ve been secretly (or not-so-secretly) yearning for—old favorites, new anthems, and everything in between—all guaranteed to keep you moving.

🎶 Music: We’ll kick off 7–8PM with a Yacht Rock DJ set to set the mood.
💃 Then it’s all dance floor heat from 8–11PM—DJ Destiny spinning your fave ‘90s/2000s throwbacks (hello, Nelly + Rihanna) and today’s bangers (Queen Bey, of course).
